With eastern and southern facing Prairie-Style awning windows placed in as a ribbon formation where the top windows open and the bottom ones are stable, allowing natural light to flow into the living room all day.  The over 20 year old Black Hills Pine Tree in the front yard creates a wilderness effect and provides a greenery  privacy throughout the year and filtered oxygen.

The main wall for the living room  accommodates an

LG El65Nano90UPA Flat Screen Web/OS/Smart TV.

The TV is attached to the wall with a Sanu VLF728b2 Wall Mount so that the tv can be angled and pulled out from the wall with ease.

There is also a Boise Soundbar 700 attached to the TV with a Black Sanu Soundbar mount so surround sound and other features amp up your TV experience.

This TV and mount cost extra please ask Vicki

The bookcase looks like a built in but in fact it is not.  Built by Master Carpenter Lenard Milewski after a Prairie School Design bookcase by Frank Lloyd Wright, this oak bookcase has customizable shelving and is in fact two bookcases which fit together.

This bookcase is also an extra cost please ask Vicki.

The over 20 year Black Hills Pine Tree in the front yard creates a wilderness effect and provides greenery all year and filtered oxygen.  This tree can live to be over 200 years old.  The bonsai type evergreen alongside the home add a dramatic interest to the facade and also provide the same green and oxygen.

All the windows open and lock and also have screens.

The Living Room has a Tiffany Replica light fixture made with Tiffany Glassworks glass using an Odyssey mold patented by Tiffany Studios.  This light fixture is a replica of the one which hung in  Laurelton Hall Louis C. Tiffany's home on Long Island.  However instead of the lead which use to keep the glass together a copper/zinc banding is used and actually cleanses the air.

Notes for Living Room Page

The original muntins come with the house and can be found in the basement.

There are custom made screens for the awning windows which can also be found in the basement.
